- Reading and acceptance of the minutes of the last meeting in Prague of September 13th 2010
- Report by the President on period 2010, plus report on activities up to the present day
- Treasurers Report, statement for 2010, plus present state
- Motions and vote on acceptance of reports, clearance of the financial report and vote to clear responsibility of the Board
- Outlook and programmes for the coming period by President
- Suggestions and discussion on future programmes, with a possible suggestion for the location of Annual Assembly 2012

Die Präsidentin und der Vorstand laden hiermit zur ordentlichen Jahresversammlung LIGHT and GLASS:

- Bericht der Präsidentin zur Periode 2010, sowie der Aktivitäten bis zum heutigen Tag
- Kassenbericht für 2010 durch den Kassier, sowie Kassenbericht und Beitragseingänge bis 12.3.2011
- Annahmebeschluss zu den Berichten, Entlastung des Kassiers und des Vorstandes
- Vorschau und Programme für die kommende Periode durch die Präsidentin
- Vorschläge und Diskussion zu kommenden Aktivitäten, inkl. Jahresversammlung 2012
