Day 1: Monday, June 8, Berlin
Starting at 1:00 p.m., tour of Charlottenburg Palace
Reception in Charlottenburg
Dr. Verena Wasmuth warmly welcomes us and, together with Dr. Michaela Völkel, leads us in two groups first through the Old Palace and then through the New Wing.
4:30–6:00 p.m.: General Meeting, New Wing; Protocol 2026 General Assembly 2026
Afterwards, we have dinner together at the Lebanese restaurant Palace across from the palace.
Day 2: Tuesday, June 9, Potsdam
9:00–11:30 a.m.: Central Depository of the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation
Various restoration topics are presented in four stations by Jule Eckhardt, Benjamin Glasberger, Ine Schuurmans, Elke Wichmann and Asgrimur Einarsson.
Walking and bus ride: approx. 30–40 min.
12:15–1:15 p.m.: Group lunch in the University of Potsdam cafeteria at the New Palace.
In Neuen Palais
1:30–3:00 p.m.: New Palace, Am Neuen Palais, 14469 Potsdam
Guided tour in two groups led by Jörg Kirschstein and Verena Wasmuth
3:15–3:45 p.m.: Coffee and cake in the cafeteria
Walk through Sanssouci Park to the Orangery Palace, approx. 25 min.
4:15–5:00 p.m.: Orangery Palace, An der Orangerie 3–5, 14469 Potsdam
Guided tour in three groups led by Dagmar Dammann, Benjamin Glasberger, and Ine Schuurmans
5:10–6:00 p.m.: Sanssouci Palace, Maulbeerallee, 14469 Potsdam
Guided tour in two groups led by Verena Wasmuth and Dr. Franziska Windt
6:30 p.m.: Group dinner at the restaurant Das Wiener, Luisenplatz Potsdam

Tag 1: Montag, 08.06., Berlin
ab 13 Uhr Besuch Schloss Charlottenburg
Dr. Verena Wasmuth heißt uns herzlich willkommen und führt uns gemeinsam mit Dr. Michaela Völkel in zwei Gruppen zunächst durch das Alte Schloss und dann den Neuen Flügel.
16:30-18:00 Uhr Mitgliederversammlung, Neuer Flügel, Protokoll 2026 Mitgliederversammlung SPSG_DE
Anschließend gemeinsames Abendessen im libanesischen Restaurant Palace gegenüber dem Schloss.
Tag 2: Dienstag, 09.06., Potsdam
9:00-11:30 Uhr: Zentraldepot der Stiftung Preußische Schlösser und Gärten
In vier Stationen werden verschiedene Restaurierungsthemen von Jule Eckhardt, Benjamin Glasberger, Ine Schuurmans, Elke Wichmann mit Asgrimur Einarsson vorgestellt.
Fußweg und Busfahrt ca. 30-40 min.

Ohne die Unterstützung der vielen an der Veranstaltung beteiligten Personen wäre dieses Programm nicht möglich gewesen. Neben den oben genannten Personen möchten wir uns bei Dr. Samuel Wittwer, dem Leiter der Abteilung „Schlösser und Sammlungen“, dafür bedanken, dass er uns die Nutzung der Schlösser ermöglicht hat, sowie bei Kathrin Lange, der Chefkonservatorin, die es ihrem Team ermöglicht hat, viel Zeit und Mühe in das Programm zu investieren.
